E’ di oltre 382 milioni di euro il budget del Programma di lavoro provvisorio 2016-2017 della settima sfida sociale di Horizon 2020

La Commissione europea ha pubblicato il Programma di lavoro provvisorio 2016-2017 della settima sfida sociale di Horizon 2020, Secure societies - Protecting freedom and security of Europe and its citizens. La versione definitiva è attesa per metà ottobre.

Il Programma di lavoro si concentra sui temi legati alla sicurezza e alla libertà dei cittadini in Europa. Tra gli strumenti previsti dal Work programme ci sono 3 inviti a presentare proposte (call), suddivisi in vari temi (topic).

1. Call - CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION

  • CIP-01-2016-2017: Prevention, detection, response and mitigation of the combination of physical and cyber threats to the critical infrastructure of Europe

Disaster-resilience: safeguarding and securing society

Fight against crime and Terrorism

  • SEC-07-FCT-2016-2017: Human Factor for the Prevention, Investigation, and Mitigation of criminal and terrorist acts

Research and Innovation

Il programma prevede anche altre misure, tra cui:

  • l'accesso al Fast track to Innovation Pilot Scheme,
  • l'accesso allo Strumento per le PMI,
  • conferenze, workshop e attività di comunicazione.

Il budget provvisorio del Work programme 2016-2017 ammonta a oltre 382 milioni di euro, di cui 185 milioni di euro per il 2016 e 197 milioni di euro per il 2017.
