Premio Renato Musto - Anno 2014

Il premio è destinato a un ambito disciplinare caro a Renato Musto - dalla Fisica alle Neuroscienze, dalla Musica alla Politica - e verrà assegnato ad un giovane ricercatore/ricercatrice che si sia distinto/a con il proprio lavoro scientifico, attraverso pubblicazioni internazionali.

Il premio Renato Musto è dedicato ad uno scienziato ed intellettuale poliedrico, per interessi culturali e per passioni.

Il premio ha lo scopo di dare continuità al progetto di Renato Musto di coniugare saperi umanistici, sociali e artistici, con quelli della ricerca scientifica ed è anche un riconoscimento all’impegno di un uomo che ha sempre investito nell’educazione e formazione dei giovani.

L'edizione 2014 è dedicata alle neuroscienze.

The Renato Musto Young Researcher’s Award is granted every year to early stage researchers under 35 years old at the time of the present call, April 4^th, 2014.

The award Renato Musto is dedicated to a scientist with multifaceted intellectual, cultural interest and passions.

The award aims to give continuity to the project of Renato Musto to combine humanistic knowledge, social and artistic, with that of scientific research.

The award is also a recognition of the efforts of a man who has always invested in the education and training of young people.

The prize is awarded each year to a disciplinary ambit dear to Renato Musto: from neuroscience to physics, from music to policy and will be awarded to a young researcher/scientist who has distinguished him/herself with his/her scientific work, by international publications.

The award Renato Musto 2014: Neuroscience will be devoted to studies on the development of the nervous system with cell and/or molecular biology approaches or on brain-music interactions.The 2014 award is endorsed by the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) and by the University of Naples Federico II.

Il  premio consiste in un certificato e in un premio in denaro di 1.500 euro.

The Prize consists of a Certificate and a monetary award (€ 1,500.00 one thousand five hundreds. This sum is gross, before any withholding taxes required by law).

Le domande devono essere presentate entro il 20 luglio 2014.

Entro il 1° ottobre 2014 il vincitore riceverà una notifica via e-mail.

The winner will be notified by email by October 1^st, 2014. The winner has to communicate acceptance of the prize by email to premiomusto@puntoorg.net no later than October 10^th 2014, penalty of loss of the prize.
